Before opening the office, Roxy served as a Catastrophe Services Team Manager with State Farm, providing valuable insight into how coverage supports customers during unexpected events. Today, we assist individuals, families, and small business owners, including those relocating to North Texas, with smooth out of state transfers and personalized support throughout their insurance journey.

As a Louisiana native and graduate of the University of Louisiana Lafayette with a degree in Mass Communications, Roxy combines strong communication skills with industry experience. She also holds an Associate in Claims and a ChFC designation, reflecting a continued commitment to learning and serving customers.

Beyond the office, Roxy is a proud supporter of The Mt Hebron Christian Academy, member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and is passionate about supporting community awareness and education initiatives.
