My name is Roxy, and I have been serving State Farm customers since 1992, where I previously held the position of Catastrophe Services Team Manager. As a Louisiana native, I offer services in Life, Home, Business, and Auto Insurance, and I am currently focusing on assisting those relocating to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette, and I also have an Associate in Claims, along with my ChFC designation. I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and I proudly advocate for Black History Month, promoting awareness of African American contributions to history and culture.
